About Cara
Cara joined the Thompson & Terry team in 2022 as a Sociology graduate from Oxford Brookes University. Though having no previous experience in the business world or recruitment, Cara joined the Graduate programme in the position of ‘Graduate Business Executive’ in order to develop herself in a professional context.
Prior to working at Thompson & Terry, Cara worked within garden centres for 4 years alongside her degree, priding herself on her personable nature and friendliness.
Outside of work Cara enjoys socialising with her friends and family, going to the gym, spending time outside in the sun whenever she can and walking her Imperial Shih Tzu named Nellie though she is definitely more of a cat lover (controversial we know and Archie isn’t impressed)!
