About Jessica

Jessica joined the Thompson & Terry team in June 2023 as a Business Executive. Previous to Thompson & Terry, Jessica has worked in childcare for the past 8 years, where she worked her way up from a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to a Deputy Manager. Whilst working, she also gained a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Jessica absolutely loves people development and has seen previous Nursery Practitioners that she supported right the way through to their promotions into senior management!

Outside of work Jessica enjoys running marathons with her partner, going to the gym, travelling abroad to sunny countries and long dog walks by the River Thames with her ginormous St. Bernard called ‘Big Mac’ who is full of love!
