Position: Dealer Sales Advisor
Location: Oxford (OX4) with some home working
Salary: £competitive with a strong bonus
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday (09:00am – 17:00pm, 10:00am – 18:00pm, or 11:00pm – 19:00pm each week for the initial 3 months), after this point 1 in 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday with time off in lieu) on rota.

The Opportunity

Our rapidly-expanding and extremely successful client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Dealer Sales Advisor to join their vibrant and upbeat modern offices based in Oxford.

As Dealer Sales Advisor, you will be the integral first point of contact for all clients and car dealerships. Therefore, you will be responsible for taking ownership of all queries and questions, negotiating rates, and chasing deals in order to win clients via both telephone and email.

Additionally, as Dealer Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the Field Account Managers, ensuring that targets are hit and new business is won. Therefore, it is essential that you are driven by commercial success.

The successful Dealer Sales Advisor will have excellent communication skills and be confident in building a rapport with and selling to car dealerships. You will be required to educate dealers, both on the company and on the various systems that they will need to use. Additionally, you will act as a ‘middle man’ between the customer and the dealer, making sure to build and retain strong relationships between each party.
