How Our Process Works
Our Fees
Whilst our process is very unique and incredibly thorough, our fee structure is normally consistent with most typical high street recruitment agencies.
For our recruitment agency level roles, our standard fee is 20% of the annual basic salary, which we only invoice once the successful candidate has joined your business
For Executive Search level searches depending on the complexity of the role and payment structure, our pricing ranges from a 20-30% fee of the annual basic salary and this is always calculated during our first conversation.
