At Thompson & Terry Recruitment, we provide bespoke recruitment solutions,  ensuring that we operate in a way that is specialised to our clients. Consequently, whether you decide to recruit through us or not, we offer all prospective clients free 1-hour consultations with our Managing Director to support you in deciding how best to recruit for your business.

If you do decide to recruit through us, our consultants are invested in obtaining an in-depth knowledge of your company and its requirements in order to ensure that we can easily and accurately identify the perfect candidates for your jobs.

It is our philosophy that candidates should be screened and assessed as thoroughly as possible prior to submission. As such, we don’t believe in submitting high volumes of poor quality CVs to our clients. Instead, we comprehensively interview each candidate and provide meticulous and honest application notes, detailing both the positives and negatives of the applicant.

Our statistics are something that we are really proud of. Because of our detailed, transparent and consultative approach to recruitment, over 70% of the first CV that we submit for a role achieve the job, in comparison to the significantly lower national average of circa 5%. Additionally, 93% of these candidates remain with our clients for at least 9 months after employment.

Bronze

  • Candidates are actively headhunted by our team of talented consultants
  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed prior to submission
  • Support with arranging interviews and feedback
  • Advice on negotiating offers and salaries when necessary

15% fixed finder’s fee

Silver
  • All of the above
  • A free replacement or clawbacks if the successful candidate leaves within 3 – 6 months of employment, dependent on seniority
 

20% of the annual basic salary

Gold
  • A 1-hour consultation with our Managing Director
  • Professional advertisements, written and posted to all major job boards (including Reed, CV Library and Indeed)
  • Candidates are actively headhunted by our team of talented consultants
  • Candidates are thoroughly interviewed prior to submission
  • Support with arranging interviews and feedback
  • Advice on negotiating offers and salaries when necessary
  • The option to screen candidates using personality profiling tests prior to submission
  • Screening of any direct applications
  • The option to have one of our consultants sit in on interview panels to provide support and guidance
  • Monthly support/training telephone calls with successful candidates during their first 3 months of employment to assess their progress and manage any questions they may have
 

15% of the annual basic salary (5% paid upon instruction)
