Position: Senior Mortgage Advisor
Location: Oxford (OX2) (with travel to other Oxfordshire-based branches)
Salary: £30,000 basic salary (£45,000 OTE)
Hours: 09.00 – 18.00

The Opportunity:

A high-end, independent Estate Agency, with an outstanding market awareness and company image, is looking to recruit a Senior Mortgage Advisor to spearhead their new business venture; their own Mortgage department.

The successful candidate will be independent, proactive, and ambitious, with the experience to independently establish and manage their own department. You will be responsible for dealing with residential and commercial mortgages, including land and new homes.

This will include, travelling across Oxfordshire to various branches for meetings with clients, organising and advising them on their mortgages. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and developers, as well as attend networking events in order to establish new relationships and market the newly-established mortgage department of the business.

Requirements:

• Must hold a CeMap qualification
• At least 5 years experience in a Mortgage Broker role
• Proactive, independent and driven to succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and strengthen relationships with high-end, important clients
• Full UK driving licence
