Position: Customer Care Advisor (New Homes)
Location: Summertown (OX2)
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum with 1 in 2 Saturdays
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00

The Opportunity
A high-end, independent Estate Agency, with outstanding market awareness and company image, is looking to recruit a friendly Customer Care Advisor with exceptional communication skills.
As Customer Care Advisor, your role will be focused on the New Homes sector of the business. You will be required to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. This will include, answering customer queries and enquiries, as well as following up on leads, selling to customers, and providing them with in-depth information on various New Homes sites across Oxfordshire.
Our client prides themselves in the service they provide and, as such, it is crucial that you are dedicated to providing a customer-first service, as well as confident and driven to cold call. The successful Customer Care Advisor will be articulate and professional, with an outstanding ability to build a rapport with customers and uphold company image.

Requirements
Experience of excelling within a telephone-based role
The confidence to cold call
Friendly, professional and enthusiastic, with impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
Ambitious and keen to build a career with our client
An interest in property or estate agency is desirable
