Position: Client Liaison Coordinator
Location: Summertown (OX2)
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (08.45am – 18.00pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays (9.00am – 16.00pm), with half a day in lieu

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a globally-renowned and award-winning property business to recruit an outstanding Client Liaison Coordinator into their Summertown office.
As Client Liaison Coordinator, you will be working very closely with the Lettings team, providing administrative support for landlords, tenants, and applicants, throughout the lettings process.
This will involve, dealing with enquiries, organising appointments and viewings, updating the company website, producing weekly market reports, and other general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for various marketing tasks, such as creating mail drops and brochures and then organising their distribution.
Our client are really looking for a candidate who will impress. The successful applicant must be well-presented, friendly, and professional, with extensive administrative experience and the ability to manage a high workload.

Due to an influx in new business in the Oxfordshire market, they are in need of an experienced Client Liaison Coordinator to join their Summertown office.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients both over the phone and in person
Extensive administration experience, ideally within the property industry
Holding an ARLA license is desirable
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a high workload
