A leading, family-run environmental services organisation based in Buckinghamshire are seeking to recruit an outstanding Sales Manager, with experience of excelling within a Sales based role, to join their team in Westcott.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a small team of Sales Coordinators, providing coaching, mentoring and supervision.
As Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with customers, via telephone and email, to provide quotations and take orders, process payments and deal with general enquiries. This will involve managing a Sales inbox, answering queries within an agreed SLA, inputting email orders and delegating tasks to colleagues.
As Sales Manager, you will also contact customers following the completion of their order to take feedback on their experience, discuss any issues and try to resolve and record the results into an Excel spreadsheet. You will, therefore, need to be meticulously organised, with strong communication skills and a real passion for providing unrivalled customer service.

Requirements:
Experience in managing a team
Experience of working within a Waste Management position, or similar, is desirable
A passion for providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience of working within a fast-paced telephone environment
Proficient user of IT office packages including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Word)
Brilliant organisational skills and ability to build long term and successful working relationships
