Position: Insurance Consultant (Private Clients)
Location: High Wycombe (HP11)
Salary: £18,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday) and 2 Saturdays per month (08:30 – 12:00)

The Opportunity
An insurance brokerage based in High Wycombe with a reputation for outstanding customer service is looking to recruit an Insurance Consultant to join their specialist Private Clients branch.
As an Insurance Consultant, you will be required to manage a high volume of calls, focusing on securing sales over the phone. A high level of customer service and an understanding of your customer’s requirements is essential to determine, source, and secure the best quotes from a range of suppliers.
Their High Wycombe-based branch specialises in providing insurance for very high-value clients and their luxury vehicles. An exceptional telephone manner and ability to build a rapport with clients whilst working well under pressure is therefore crucial.
The successful Insurance Consultant will have office-based and customer-focused experience with the drive and enthusiasm for success.

Due to their niche for a consultative approach to providing insurance and subsequent success, they are continuing to grow, opening 4-6 new stores every year, with ambitious plans to continue this expansion.

Requirements
Holds a Cert Cii qualification or willing to sit this (as funded by company)
Highly motivated with the ability to make/receive large volumes of calls
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with customers both over the phone and face to face
Able to multitask and manage a high workload
Experience of working within an office environment or evidence of success on your CV
