Position: Telesales Team Manager
Location: Leeds (LS16)
Salary: £24,000 (+ bonus)
Hours: 08:45 – 17:15 (and an early finish on a Friday)

Opportunity:
Our market leading and rapidly expanding client are looking to recruit a driven and experienced Telesales Team Manager, with evidence of excelling in a sales-focused management role, to join their vibrant Leeds office.
The successful Telesales Team Manager will thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment, with a natural ability to cold call businesses, build relationships with new people, and win new business accordingly.
As Telesales Team Manager, you must be confident in motivating and leading a sales team. This will include interviewing, recruiting, training, mentoring and developing your team of Account Managers.
Importantly, the successful Telesales Team Manager will be able to effectively manage, coach, and motivate a team of people in order to not only meet but exceed their sales targets. This will include setting targets, ensuring that they are met, assessing results and allocating commission accordingly.

Requirements:
Experience of excelling in a telephone-based B2B sales role
Evidence of successfully managing and coaching a team within a contact centre environment
Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
A good communicator, with a confident and professional telephone manner
Target conscious and results-driven
A good academic background with at least a C, or equivalent, in English and Maths GCSE
