Position: Graduate Practice Manager
Location: Summertown (OX2)
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
Hours: Usually standard Monday – Friday office hours but will need to be flexible to work some weekends and evenings

The Opportunity

Administration – The successful Graduate Practice Manager will have excellent administration and organisation skills as you will be required to manage the diaries of around 40 different physiotherapists, ensuring that all appointments are confirmed and booked in correctly.
Finance – As Graduate Practice Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the financial side of the business, including dealing with expenses, invoices and payroll.
Marketing – You will be required to regularly and effectively update the company website and all of their social media pages.
Business Development – You will be involved in discussing the future plans for the business, including various project work, such as potentially selecting and implementing a new CRM system.
Customer Service – Because of the nature of their business, you will be occasionally required to cover Reception duties and will, therefore, need to be confident and friendly with exceptional communication skills.

Educated to degree level or equivalent
