Position: Customer Sales Executive
Location: Oxford (OX4)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00 or 12:00 – 20:00 each week), with 1 in 4 Weekends (10:00 – 18:00 with 2 weekdays off in lieu)

The Opportunity

Our rapidly-expanding and extremely successful client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Sales Executive to join their vibrant and upbeat modern offices based in Oxford.

As Customer Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public who are looking to purchase car finance. It is essential that you are able to coherently and engagingly build a rapport with customers and sell to them accordingly. You will also be required to respond to and resolve customer enquiries, as well as updating their information when necessary.

The successful Customer Sales Executive, you will be proactive, enthusiastic, organised and punctual with a really impressive telephone manner and the eagerness to succeed.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and ambitious to progress and succeed
• A strong academic background
• Evidence of succeeding within a telephone-based customer service or sales role (or alternatively, a customer-facing role within the motor industry)
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with managing and resolving conflicts
• Self-motivated, hardworking with the intuition to effectively problem-solve
• Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise a high workload accordingly
