Position: Property Manager
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500 per annum, including car allowance
Location: Oxford (OX2)
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:45 – 18:00) and 1 in 4 Saturdays with equivalent time off in lieu

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry are proud to work with a globally-renowned high-end estate agency who are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Property Manager to join their established Summertown office.

As Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords alike, dealing with any questions or queries that they may have. This will also involve arranging and attending regular property visits, therefore you must hold a Full UK driving licence with your own car.

The successful Property Manager will ideally hold experience of working in a similar property management or lettings position and will be motivated to continue to expand their knowledge and build their career in the sector. As Property Manager, you must also have extremely strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build long-standing relationships with landlords and tenants alike and make sure that all work is completed to an exceptionally high standard.

• Experience of excelling within a Property Management position
• Full UK driving licence
• An ARLA qualification is preferable
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisation and administration skills, able to effectively prioritise a high-workload whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of work
