The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an independent, niche property and commercial law firm with modern and spacious offices in the heart of High Wycombe. They are looking to recruit an ambitious Paralegal, who is ambitious to build their career as a specialist property solicitor, to join their small but friendly team.

As Paralegal, you will be responsible for taking ownership of cases from start to completion; therefore it is vital that the successful candidate is incredibly organised on the administration side but also ambitious to push themselves to progress into a solicitor position, whilst managing a heavy workload.

The successful Paralegal will be working with and reporting directly into the owner of the business, who is a very well known and respected local solicitor, so a really great opportunity to learn and develop professionally.

The role of Paralegal will be very unique, as the successful candidate will be given so much autonomy very early on and be able to gain ‘real experience’ but equally, as you are working for a small firm, you will also be responsible for your own administration.

Our client are looking to recruit an ambitious candidate with a minimum of 6 months experience of working within a conveyancing department and is determined to begin a long-term career as a specialist property solicitor.
