Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 5 day week between hours of 08:00 to 20:00 (Monday – Friday) and 10:00 to 17:00 (Saturday – Sunday)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Team Leader to join their rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.

As Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing an evolving team of Customer Service Advisors by monitoring the teams targets and individual developments. As Customer Service Team Leader, you should be ambitious to motivate and support your team by coaching them through their mentoring and training.

As the team are rapidly expanding, the successful Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and transition period of the team and be really ambitious to ensure the team are going above and beyond and offering their expertise in customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Customer Service Team Leader role or similar
• A strong desire to build and improve the Customer Service team
• Ambitious to lead by example and drive individual development via a mentoring approach
• Excellent telephone manner and communication at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
