Position: Customer Support Advisor (3 month FTC with the potential to go permanent)
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £19,000 (+ lots of benefits)
Hours: 37.5 (hours to be worked flexibly Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 and 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 – 14:00)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor, to join their Abingdon based team.
As Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails from retail customers. The enquiries/calls tend to be very varied therefore the successful candidate must be able to absorb information about often a technical product and work to find a solution for all customer enquiries and issues, whilst adhering to our client’s premium reputation.
The successful Customer Service Advisor, must be ambitious to problem solve, help troubleshoot customer queries and motivated to build a solid career.

Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service
Excellent telephone manner
Motivated to problem solve and find solutions for all customer enquiries
A genuine desire to offer customer service excellence and build outstanding product knowledge
