Position: Marketing Manager
Location: North Oxfordshire (OX15)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30 – our client are open to some flexible working or school hours)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established business community based in North Oxfordshire, who are looking to recruit a passionate, creative and hands on Marketing Manager to drive their marketing forward over the coming months and years.

As Marketing Manager, you will be solely responsible for the day to day management and implementation of the marketing, where you will write blogs, manage social media, update the website and create visuals. The successful candidate will also be directly responsible for developing a robust marketing strategy to help attract and retain clients.

Whilst this is a marketing role, as Marketing Manager, you will be positioned as part of the management team therefore you will work closely with the Commercial Director and Client Care Manager to help drive the business forward.

As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with commercial agents and advertising mediums in order to promote the centre. You will again, also work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and attend business networking events, where you will bring in potential clients to the business space.

The successful Marketing Manager will be passionate about supporting the growth of local businesses but also be very organised and able to manage a very varied workload.

Requirements

• Experience of excelling within a hands-on marketing management role from strategy to implementation
• Experience of managing and growing multiple social media channels
• Strong literacy skills with the ability to write at a corporate level
• A genuine love of helping small businesses to grow
• Able to manage a varied workload
• Be highly organised and have great attention to detail
• Highly flexible and willing to support all parts of the business
