Position: Payout Advisor
Location: Oxford (OX4)
Salary: £Competitive
Hours: Monday – Friday (rotating shift pattern between 09:00 – 17:00 and 12:00 – 20:00) with 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 10:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 and 2 days off in lieu) – flexible/hybrid working (part office based and part working from home)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award winning and extremely successful FinTech, who are looking to recruit an intelligent and ambitious Payout Advisor to join their vibrant and upbeat modern offices based in Oxford.
As Payout Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying various financial and motor-related documents, making sure that it is all accurate, reliable, and coherent with company records and financial regulations. You will also be required to liaise with other departments and customers via telephone and email to clarify or amend any necessary documentation.
The successful Payout Advisor will therefore need to be meticulously organised with seamless attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise a high workload. As Payout Advisor, you will also need to maintain strong relationships and be able to effectively deal with any potentially sensitive financial issues.
The role of Payout Advisor is particularly suited to ambitious and value driven candidates from a banking or finance background, who are ambitious to really develop and grow professionally.
