Position: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client who are looking to recruit an intelligent Business Operations Analyst to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon-based team.

As Business Operations Analyst, you will be working closely with different heads of departments to provide detailed and consistent insight into the performance of their specialism. As part of this, you will be responsible for pulling reports, analysing data and running commission reports. The successful Business Operations Analyst will also report on customer and market trends to support the improvement of processes and the customer experience.

Whilst this is an administrative data-led role and often seen as an entry towards a more complex role within the business, the successful Business Operations Analyst must be passionate about data, confident using Excel to a good level and have some experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce).

Whilst this is an internal role, it is vital to the ambitious growth of each department, therefore, the successful candidate must adopt strong stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Experience within a comparable data-led analytical or operations support role
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and some experience of using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
• The ability to manage a heavy workload, and meet reporting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
