Position: Customer Service Training Manager
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Normally 37.5 hours worked over a 5 day week between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 (Monday – Friday) and some weekends (10:00 to 17:00)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-known and award-winning UK national client who are looking to recruit a confident and passionate Customer Service Training Manager to join, support and develop their rapidly expanding Abingdon-based team.
As Customer Service Training Manager, you will responsible for the training and development of the Customer Operations Team and the wider business from onboarding to career progression. You will do this by investing into the business’ training plans and performance to explore opportunities to improve overall customer service and operations performance.
As Customer Service Training Manger, you should be truly passionate about motivating, training, and developing the diverse team by engaging and building relationships, getting to know individual’s strengths and weaknesses to ensure effective training and development is given. Therefore, confidence and great people skills is important to this role.
