Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 basic salary (£37,000 achievable OTE + Uncapped Commission)
Hours: Monday – Friday with one late finish (19:30) per week and one Saturday (10:00 – 16:00) per month

The Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding UK national business with large vibrant offices in Abingdon looking to recruit a hungry but service driven Inside Sales Executive into their welcoming telephone based B2C team.

As an Inside Sales Executive, it will be your responsibility to engage with potential customers over the telephone by both warm outbound calling following customer enquiries and also handling a high volume of inbound calls.

Whilst the majority of potential customers you speak to will be warm, our client is looking to recruit a consultative and service driven sales person that will go above and beyond to offer truly great customer service during every call.

The successful Inside Sales Executive will also have a genuine interest in learning and absorbing knowledge about our client’s ever evolving technical product to ensure you can fully address a customer’s needs, resulting in a successful sale.
