The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a fast-growing e-commerce business, who are looking to recruit an intelligent and enthusiastic Graduate Customer Service Administrator to join their busy head office team based in Abingdon.
As Graduate Customer Service Administrator, it will be your responsibility to assist with the day-to-day administration surrounding customer orders made through a number of major UK e-commerce sites whilst building great knowledge of over 750 products.
This role will include responding to emails, live chats and telephone calls in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment to answer customer enquiries surrounding existing orders and product stock levels, and also handling aftersales enquiries surrounding faulty items and processing returns.
Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client work to a number of strict SLAs across multiple platforms therefore this would be a great opportunity for the successful Gradate Customer Service Administrator to throw themselves into a super detail-focused role and build on existing attention to detail skills.
Whilst this is a graduate position, this role would be well suited to candidates with fantastic written and numerical skills, who are quick to learn and committed to taking on the role with the view to progress within the business long-term. But also to candidates with existing experience working in a fast-paced customer service position whether that be office based or perhaps retail or hospitality.
