Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours: Normally 37.5 hours worked over a 5 day week between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00 (Monday – Friday) and working 3 weekend dates in every 7/8 weekends (10:00 to 17:00)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected UK national client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers. The calls tend to be very varied therefore the successful candidate must be able to absorb information, and confidently go above and beyond to offer customer service excellence to resolve the customers query.
Our client’s product is technical and ever evolving therefore the successful Customer Service Advisor needs to be comfortable to learn to become an expert in order to be able to offer basic technical support to customers over the phone.
This Customer Service Advisor job is very well suited to candidates with experience managing a high volume of calls and looking to further their skills and develop their career long-term within a thriving business.

Requirements:
Experience managing a high volume of calls within a call centre
Experience of offering customer service excellence
A strong desire to build and absorb outstanding technical product knowledge
Excellent telephone manner and communication at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
