Position: Apprenticeship Lead
Location: Thatcham (RG19) with hybrid working
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic (+ bonus)
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday with an early finish on Friday and a little flexibility in working hours

The Opportunity 

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an innovative and highly accredited apprenticeship and training business based in Thatcham, who are looking to recruit a confident and reliable Apprenticeship Lead, to join their business. 

As Apprenticeship Lead, you will be responsible for both managing the experience of existing clients and learners alike, as well as becoming an expert in the courses provided by the business in order to ensure compliance with ESFA and Ofsted. 

The day-to-day of this role will include advising on queries from learners and maintaining close contact with business clients to update them on learners’ progress. The successful candidate will also analyse data and feedback from learners to suggest ways to adapt and develop courses, research the latest developments in apprenticeships and hold regular meetings with the operations and wider apprentice teams to develop the apprenticeship offering.

Requirements 

• Previous experience of working alongside educational bodies such as ESFA and Ofsted within a training or apprenticeship provider  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• The confidence to manage the client experience and engage with stakeholders 
• A real team player, who is commercially aware
