Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-known UK national client, who are looking to recruit a confident and solution focused Customer Operations Executive Officer to join their rapidly expanding Customer Operations department.
As Customer Operations Executive Officer, you will be working within a team of 5 other officers to provide an excellent customer experience over multiple platforms including social media and Trustpilot whilst also taking ownership of escalated customer cases. The queries forwarded to this department tend to be complex therefore the successful candidate must be a solution focused problem solver with a tendency to build a fantastic rapport with customers, as well as internal stakeholders.
This Customer Operations Executive Officer position is well-suited to candidates looking for the next step in their customer service career who are keen to progress within the company long-term as there will be the opportunity to occasionally manage the Customer Operations department.

Proven experience of excelling within a customer service focused role
The confidence and professionalism to act as an escalation point to resolve customer issues
A positive and solution focused approach to resolving issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills and the willingness to supervise people when required
