Position: Sales Negotiator
Location: Oxford (OX1)
Salary: £24k – £28k per annum (base salary)
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00) + 1 in 2 Saturday’s (09:00 – 13:00)

The Opportunity    

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established Estate Agent, who have outstanding staff longevity and a track record for genuine progression, to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their Central Oxford branch.  

As Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for handling new enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating sales in Central Oxford and the surrounding areas to deliver a truly unique service from start to finish.  

The successful Sales Negotiator will be a real team player but also driven to achieve sales whilst providing a truly special level of customer service to every buyer and seller alike.  

Whilst you will be based from the central Oxford branch, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to really collaborate and learn from their large, experienced team working across wider Oxfordshire. 

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are genuinely keen to build a long-term career within a successful team, but also super ambitious to do more than ‘another estate agency’ job.

Requirements    

• Full UK driving licence, with own car   
• A real passion to build a long-term career within the high-end property market is essential 
• Driven to achieve sales, whilst being incredibly service focused  
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail  
• A strong communicator with the confidence to engage directly with clients both in their homes and via email or phone
