Thompson & Terry Recruitment are really excited to be working with a Witney-based Finance Broker, who as a result of growth are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their friendly and experienced team.
As Account Manager, you will be supporting your clients with the full cycle from initial enquiry to the funds being released to the client, therefore it is really important the successful Account Manager really enjoys a varied and dynamic job. In order to obtain finance, a big part of your job is to build strong relationships with your clients so that you are able to really understand their business needs, thus able to broker the best commercial lending solution.
In addition to the ‘Account Management duties’ you will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable with the administration aspects including responding to emails, collating documents and making finance applications with the lenders on your client’s behalf.
Whilst no experience of working within a commercial finance broker is required, the successful Account Manager must have a business-related qualification (or equivalent experience) and a genuine desire to continue learning in order to build a long-term career with our client, rather than just a job.

Requirements:
The confidence to build strong relationships over the phone and in person, with the inquisitive nature to really understand every business you work with
A business-related degree or equivalent experience
An engaging communicator with a strong level of English (both written and verbal) and an excellent attention to detail
A really good work ethic with a genuine desire to build a long term career, rather than ‘just a job’ with our client
