Location: Bicester (OX26)
Salary: A strong basic (+ bonus) and clear path for progression
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00) + c. 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 – 13:00)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-regarded Bicester estate agent to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch.

As Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for conducting valuations, negotiating offers and overseeing the full sales journey, while ensuring every client receives exceptional, tailored service.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence, with own car
• Proven experience within estate agency sales
• Confident in conducting property valuations and winning instructions, or certainly foundations with a strong desire to learn
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
• Ambitious and keen to build a long-term property career
• Strong communicator, highly organised and detail-focused
• Willing to contribute to the growth and development of the team
