Position: Key Account Consultant  

Location: Oxford (OX2) with hybrid working and travel to London for meetings  
Salary: Upto £50,000 per annum base salary (+ Bonus)  
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday with flexible working)

As a Key Account Consultant, your main responsibility will be to maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. While ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and working proactively to prevent problems, the successful Key Account Consultant will also develop a close understanding of client’s needs to ensure that their needs are continually met while being inquisitive to continue to explore new opportunities within each client.

The successful Key Account Consultant will be inquisitive and curious to truly understand the challenges and objectives of every client, with a passion for building excellent customer relationships and is keen to develop their skills as part of a growing business.

Requirements: 

• Experience of excelling within a B2B consultancy or relationship focused role   

• A curious and inquisitive nature alongside a keen interest in technology   

• Good attention to detail with excellent administration and communication skills   

• A track record of developing and maintaining client relationships at a senior level   

• A strong desire to grow and develop within the role and real ambition to progress within the business
