Position: Office Support Assistant
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Occasional Office Visits/Team Events)
Salary: £15 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible hours – c. 20–25 hours per week, averaged over the month)

This is a newly created and varied part-time role, offering the opportunity to support a high-performing consultancy team with digital record keeping, cloud-based file management, and general administrative coordination.

The successful Office Support Assistant will be confident working with Microsoft 365 tools, managing online filing systems, and supporting the team with digital documentation and internal communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration or digital record keeping;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Confident working with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based file systems;
• Comfortable managing online documentation and internal communications;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team; and
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support across the company.
