Ellie brings a diverse background spanning both recruitment and childcare, having built her career across multiple recruitment businesses while also gaining extensive experience within the childcare sector. She holds a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and a Level 5 qualification in Childcare.

As Office Administrator at Thompson & Terry Recruitment, Ellie plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business. She is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, helping to keep processes organised and efficient while providing support to the team, candidates, and clients, ensuring a positive experience for everyone she works with.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys anything that challenges her problem-solving skills, from puzzles and brain teasers to escape rooms. She is also a passionate music lover and is known for turning almost any word into a song lyric. A proud cat mum, Ellie adores her cat, Muggle, who at 14 years old is still very much her baby.

Whether she’s tackling an escape room, singing along to her favourite songs, or spending time with Muggle, Ellie brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a people-focused approach to everything she does.
