Izzy is a Candidate Experience Manager with four years of recruitment experience, dedicated to building strong client and candidate relationships and delivering a seamless recruitment journey. Known for her professionalism, communication skills, and people-first approach, she works closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.

During her recruitment career, Izzy took the opportunity to spend five months travelling and working in Australia, where she gained valuable experience within the finance sector. The experience strengthened her adaptability, confidence, and ability to build relationships in new environments, skills she continues to bring to her role today.

Outside of work, Izzy is passionate about health and fitness, having completed multiple half marathons. She enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors with her two cocker spaniels. She’s also a keen country music fan and is always looking forward to her next live music event.
