Aoife – Candidate Experience Manager

Aoife is a first class honours graduate in Communication, Media and Culture. Since finishing her degree in 2019, Aoife joined our Graduate programme in the position of Graduate Business Executive and has since been promoted twice!

Following her academic success, Aoife originally joined Thompson & Terry Recruitment to expand her knowledge of how a business works and she now manages administration and client support side of the business, as well as being heavily involved in the improvement of our recruitment process and business as a whole.

Aoife has always been a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who strives to be the best she can be. This is evident amongst her achievements in Irish Dancing, where she travelled globally to compete. Aoife attained the American National Championship title, whilst also finishing 4th in Great Britain and 7th in the World.

Aoife became a mummy to her beautiful little girl Myla in 2023 and loves spending her time at the beach with her family.
