Aoife – Candidate Experience Manager

Aoife joined our Graduate programme in 2019 after graduating with First-Class Honours in Communication, Media and Culture. Since then, her commitment, professionalism, and natural people skills have led to three well-earned promotions and most recently to her current role as Candidate Experience Manager.

In this pivotal position, Aoife is responsible for the smooth running of our administrative and candidate support functions. Aoife plays a key role in continuously improving our recruitment processes, with a strong focus on ensuring every candidate has a positive, ethical, and fair experience from start to finish.

Aoife’s drive for excellence is evident not only in her career, but also in her background as a world-class Irish dancer. She has competed internationally, achieving remarkable accolades including winning the American National Championship, placing 4th in Great Britain, and ranking 7th in the World.

In 2022, Aoife welcomed her daughter, Myla, into the world. Away from the office, she enjoys quality time with her family and chasing little feet around soft play!
