Thompson & Terry Recruitment is an independent Abingdon, Oxfordshire based recruitment agency with a real difference in that we apply a headhunting approach to typically recruitment agency level vacancies.

Whilst we have some experience of recruiting in almost every sector we mainly recruit candidates for Office Jobs, Administrative Jobs, Customer Service Jobs, Sales Jobs and Marketing Jobs, both locally and nationally.

We understand the biggest cost to recruitment is getting it wrong and therefore work with our clients to headhunt and find the very best talent for their business, long-term.

We vouch to only send candidates to our clients that we would personally employ ourselves and are really proud of the statistics that we have achieved as a result of this approach. As a result 86% of the first CV that we submitted to our clients last year successfully got the job compared to the significantly lower national average of circa 5%.

How Our Process Works

Our Fees

Whilst our process is very unique and incredibly thorough, our fee structure is normally consistent with most typical high street recruitment agencies.

Our standard pricing ranges from a 15-20% fee of the annual basic salary, which we only invoice once the successful candidate has joined your business and this is always calculated during our first conversation.
