Ella joined the Thompson & Terry Recruitment team on our Graduate Programme in 2024 as a first class Geography and Sociology graduate from Durham University.
During her time at university Ella was a Fresher’s Representative for two years and sat on her college’s JCR Finance Committee, both roles which she thoroughly enjoyed!
Outside of recruitment Ella enjoys doing escape rooms and participating in a pub quiz with her family and friends. Ella also loves reading and watching anything murder mystery related, especially when her cat Luna joins!
