As part of their rapid growth, they are looking for an intelligent and ambitious 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their friendly team based in Eynsham.
As 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers reporting their IT or technical issues. You will be responsible for answering the telephone in a friendly way, logging issues, providing diagnosis and troubleshooting, whilst taking ownership of all support requests that come through to ensure complete satisfaction.
Whilst this is a tier 1 vacancy, the role has real scope to grow and our client have a track record for training and developing passionate IT candidates over many years.
The ideal candidate will have a huge appetite to learn, with a genuine LOVE for all things tech/IT and the ability to understand complex issues and ultimately gain enjoyment from finding resolutions for clients.

Experience at 1st Line Support level, or a comparable technical knowledge
The ability and desire to understand complex IT issues with the view to provide a solution to every client
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Genuine interest in IT support and ambitious to progress a long-term career within their business
Due to their relatively remote office, the successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving license or live very locally
