Position: Account Executive
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum (+ annual bonus)
Location: North Oxfordshire (OX29)
Hours: Monday – Wednesday (09:00 – 17:30), Thursday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a reputable and well-established full-service marketing agency based in North Oxfordshire.

They are looking to recruit an intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated Account Executive to join their friendly and expanding team.

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the relationships of a variety of different clients, all of whom are looking for effective and efficient means of advertising and marketing. This will involve understanding client briefs and contacting various media outlets (e.g. radio, print advertising, billboard advertising etc.) in order to secure various advertising strategies for your clients.

The successful Account Executive will, therefore, be really confident on the phone and able to organise and structure their workload to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and clients are satisfied.

Additionally, the Account Executive will have a good working knowledge of marketing and advertising thus able to discuss various strategies with clients and ensure that briefs are fulfilled competently.

Our Account Executive role would be well-suited to a graduate, ideally with a marketing/media degree, looking to kick-start their career in marketing or advertising. Equally, it would also be suited to an ambitious candidate with experience within a similar role and keen to build their career.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence, own car
• Exceptional communication skills, able to build relationships with important clients via telephone and email
• Good knowledge of and a genuine interest in marketing and advertising
• Enthusiastic to develop professionally and progress accordingly
• A strong academic background
