Position: Account Executive
Location: Witney (OX28)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award-winning insurance broker, who is looking for an Account Executive to join their small but friendly office based near Witney.

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and so, it is essential you offer customer service excellence and hold strong communication skills. Additionally, as Account Executive you will source clients, manage outbound calls and arrange client visits. Therefore, it is essential that the successful candidates is innovative and has an excellent telephone manner.

The successful Account Executive will have insurance experience and will be driven with an up- beat approach to work and hold sales or customer service experience, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Training and support will be given and there is the opportunity to progress within the company.

Requirements:

• Confident and motivated to succeed
• Hold insurance experience
• Passionate about offering customer service excellence
• Able to work as part of a team as well as being able to take initiative
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills and be able to engage effectively at all levels
• Must be commercially minded
