Salary: £20,000 per annum (£35,000 OTE)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an established local telecoms provider based in Witney, Oxfordshire. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Executive to join their vibrant team.

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 250 clients, ranging from small independents to larger corporates. This will involve regularly contacting your clients in order to provide support, process orders, manage renewals and upsell accordingly. You must, therefore have extremely polished communication skills with the ability to build relationships and upsell products and services effectively.

Significantly, our client is expanding into the IT support market and your role will, therefore, be extremely target-focused as you will be responsible for booking in appointments with the field sales IT support teams. The successful Account Executive will, therefore, be confident in providing excellent customer service and selling over the phone.

• Experience of excelling within an office-based sales role

• Technologically-minded and able to quickly pick up the technical side of the role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
