The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an innovative training business based in Thatcham, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and confident Account Manager, to join their growing team.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with a mix of existing well-known clients, as well prospects to support the training and development of their workforce. Whilst this is a sales role within the B2B training sector, our client is definitely looking for a candidate who is consultative and purposeful in their sales approach, but confident to ask for the business and close the sale.
Whilst sales experience within the training/apprenticeship space would be preferred, Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client are looking for a candidate who is commercially aware and motivated to build the client base and grow with the business whilst providing a professional service to existing clients also.

Requirements
Driven to sell and exceed targets but with the view to building long term relationships at the heart of everything you do
Excellent telephone manner and fantastic verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience selling B2B, preferably within the training/apprenticeship sector
A real team player, who is commercially aware
