Position: After Sales Advisor (6 month FTC with the potential to go permanent)
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: £20,400 – £25,500 (plus a generous bonus scheme)
Hours: 37.5 (some flexibility Monday – Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic After Sales Advisor, to join their Abingdon based team.
As After Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails from retail customers and dealing with any queries they may have after making the initial sale. The calls tend to be very varied, therefore the successful candidate must be able to absorb information about often a technical product and ultimately be able to provide customer service excellence to all customers.
As After Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and any other services the customer may require, whilst ensuring our client’s premium reputation is upheld. Additionally, you will need to be knowledgeable about technical products, as often you may need to upsell to customers.
The successful After Sales Advisor will therefore be passionate about offering customer service excellence, enthusiastic to take the call and resolve any issues the customer may have, ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the service they receive.

Requirements:
Strong customer service or aftersales experience
Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication
Experience of dealing with high volume of calls
A genuine desire to offer customer service excellence and build outstanding product knowledge
