Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Marylebone (W1G)
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (plus a generous bonus scheme)
Hours: 09:45 – 18:45 (5 day working week across Monday – Saturday)

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Manager, to join their London based experience centre.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Experience Centre, support and fulfil the duties of the Experience Centre Manager in their absence and offer a consultative sales approach to all retail customers, ensuring sales targets are achieved and KPI’s are met within the team and centre.
The successful Assistant Manager, will also be responsible for developing and supervising the team, and reporting on the team and stores performance. Additionally, as Assistant Manager, you will be committed to dealing with and finding a solution for all enquiries or indeed a rare complaint, in line with the brands premium reputation.

Due to COVID, the experience centre is operating on an appointment only basis. However, our client do host events within the experience centre and all employees are trained to carry out fun and exciting product demonstrations for their customers.
Requirements:
Experience of working as an Assistant Manager within a luxury retail environment
Sales focused, with the experience of working directly with team members to ensure targets are hit
Motivated and ambitious to drive the business forward
Excellent organisational skills
Commercially driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent face to face communication and telephone manner
