Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Oxford (OX2)
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:30) and occasional evening work with time-off in lieu

The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to work with a market-leading local property consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their Oxford based office.
As Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage a portfolio of assets. This will involve attending board meetings alongside property managers, managing the administrative side of property maintenance and informing residents of any necessary updates, as well as performing regular site inspections.
Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager will be required to manage the telephone and email inbox, recording information when necessary and relaying to the relevant colleague or department as well as generally supporting the office with various administrative tasks.
