Position: Automotive Account Executive
Location: Didcot (OX11) with occasional national travel
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to work with our client, a really unique business who have a large client base of well-renowned, global companies. They are looking to recruit a skilled, enthusiastic and ambitious Account Executive to join their offices, based just outside of Didcot.

As Automotive Account Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of client accounts. The successful Account Executive must have impeccable communication skills as you will be required to build and retain strong and meaningful  relationships with them – with a specific focus on their automotive clientele.

As Automotive Account Executive, you will also be involved in reviewing reports and results from the data team, collated via mystery shoppers, and then interpreting and presenting these results to the client in regular review meetings.

The successful Automotive Account Executive will be confident and well-presented with the drive to strengthen client relationships and ensure that clients’ KPIs are consistently met to exceptional standards. You will be required to liaise with clients via telephone, email and in person, so must have extremely strong communication skills and a natural ability to build a rapport with others.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• Experience of excelling within a similar customer-focused position
• Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive industry is preferable
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• The ability to analyse and interpret data ready to present to clients
• Strong analytical skills
