Position: Bathroom and Kitchen Designer (Ultra High-End)

Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 + a very generous bonus structure
Hours: 5 days (Monday – Saturday) with some flexibility

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with an award-winning independent provider of high-end luxury bathrooms and kitchens to recruit an outstanding Bathroom and Kitchen Designer into their expanding Oxfordshire based team.

The role of Bathroom and Kitchen Designer will be a very varied and enjoyable position working with high end clients to create luxury bathrooms and kitchens both virtually and within their boutique showroom (the main bulk of your role will be bathrooms, but our client are expanding into ultra-high-end luxury kitchens, so you will also take on this within your role).

The successful candidate will be very organised with great attention to detail and have a passion for bathroom design, but also really driven and willing to be flexible with duties to ensure the smooth running and exceptional service to their clients.

This role is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who has a genuine interest in ultra high-end bathroom design and looking for a role where they can really see the fruits of their hard work.

The Company

Our client are an award-winning independent provider of luxury bathrooms with a boutique showroom just outside Oxford. The director and founder leads a small team who are passionate about creating truly special spaces for their growing client list.

The successful Bathroom and Kitchen Designer will work closely with the founder and wider team to create truly special bathrooms for design to installation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills via phone, virtually and face to face in a boutique showroom environment
• Flexible and willing to go above and beyond to ensure successful completion of each project
• Full UK driving license with own car
• Willing to learn new skills and software
• Strong CAD skills
