The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award-winning Wealth Management practice who are looking to recruit an intelligent and ambitious Business Administrator to join their growing team based in Buckingham.
As Business Administrator, your role will focus on both supporting advisers and the wider client services team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
The successful Business Administrator will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with technology. As Business Administrator, you will liaise with external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the highest standards of service, therefore excellent attention to detail is a must-have.
Within this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with the paraplanning team, preparing client meeting packs, supporting with new business processing, managing and logging secure client communications, and taking ownership of cashflow modelling software (training will be provided).

Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communicator, both verbally and in person, and confident to ask for help
A genuine and proactive team player with a genuine desire to learn and develop their career working with a lovely group of people
Comfortable with technology, open to learning new systems and bringing new ideas to the business
No prior financial services experience is required as full training will be provided
