Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum (£100,000 OTE)

Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)

The Opportunity
Our client is an innovative, ambitious and expanding business who are skilled in solving cybersecurity breaches and prioritising the digital safety of their clients.
They are looking to recruit an intelligent, driven and money-motivated Business Development Manager into their Faringdon based team.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating new business, with the intuition to make intelligent cold calls and the confidence to pitch technical and complex products, ultimately closing some extremely valuable sales.
The successful Business Development Manager will have the aptitude to be able to explain technical IT software and solutions in some depth. You will also have impeccable communication skills, with the ability to build successful and long-standing relationships with some very important prospective clients.
This is not a standard 9 – 5 position, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who is hungry to exceed their targets and win as much new business as possible. Consequently, they reward hard work and success with a very competitive and lucrative commission scheme.

Requirements
A track record of exceeding sales targets and excelling within a telephone-based sales environment
Extremely ambitious and money-motivated with the drive to succeed
Experience within or an interest in technology, IT and cybersecurity
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
