The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-respected Oxford based UX Design Business, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team.
As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for offering a consultative sales approach to all clients, generating new business and building on existing relationships, whilst understanding each project and offering client support throughout each projects process.
As Client Relationship Manager, you will also attend regular client meetings and really nurture/grow client relationships, therefore suited to a candidate who is ambitious and passionate about account management and sales. Additionally, the successful candidate will be motivated to build new relationships and attend networking in order to generate new business.
The successful Client Relationship Manager, will also be responsible for preparing proposals, leading presentations and negotiating contracts. Therefore, it is essential that you are intelligent and driven by commercial success.

Our client are a well-respected UX Design Business with offices based in Oxford, who are ambitious to sustainably grow and are looking for an driven Client Relationship Manager to join their creative team.
Our client specialises in building and designing websites, with a focus on user experience and usability. The creative team are experts within the digital field and work on some exciting projects ranging from small start-ups to impressive global clients.
Importantly, they pride themselves on the quality of their team and are completely open to flexibility (school hours). The role is home-based, with the requirement to attend client meetings when necessary and visit the offices, so really suited to candidates who are autonomous.
