Position: Commercial Insurance Consultant
Location: Kidlington (OX5)
Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity:

Our client are an independent insurance brokerage who are seeking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Insurance professional to join their small Kidlington-based team.

Whilst solid sales experience of course desirable, the successful Commercial Insurance Consultant will consider their key strength to be in relationship management as opposed to hard-hitting sales.

Additionally, the company are extremely proactive and keen to build relationships with customers and other businesses alike. As such, they are heavily involved in local networking circles and so are keen to recruit a commercial insurance consultant with experience in networking or a desire to expand and improve their knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience of working within Insurance, with a track record of excelling in both sales and client retention
• A demonstrated interest in networking and the ability to build relationships with other business people
• A Cert CII qualification or the willingness to study for one (funded by the company)
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to provide a seamless customer service
